Optional disable auto scroll on new tweets incoming

If you have scrolled to top Nymphicus automatically will scroll to newly arriving tweets. This should be optional as with Tweet Marker enabled might bring you to some confusion

native notifications cause snarl is crash happy

snarl crashes always after a day or two of running and you can't click open links or view media in the notifications

Position of new windows is awkward with multiple monitors

I use two monitors, and they have different dimensions.
When Nymphicus opens a new window (e.g. Preferences, or to show somebody's profile) it appears to locate it horiziontally in the centre of the desktop, and vertically aligned with the main window.

This gives two problems:
1. Horizontally, the new window appears split over two monitors.
2. Vertically: The monitors are different heights, so if the top of my timeline window is above the top of the second monitor, the window will appear partly off the top of one of the screens.

Suggestion: More intelligent placement ;-) I'm pretty sure Windows has built-in functions for intelligent placement of new windows?

The placement is as follows: the same horizontal position as the main window and then to the left of the main window. If there is not enough space to the left instead it is placed on the right also on the same horizontal top position of the main window.

If I would let Windows itself define the position (which had been the case in earlier versions) it appears quite random
Loss of position when applying "show only" buttons

To reproduce annoying behaviour:

- Walk away from Nymphicus for a while so that many screenfulls of tweets come in

- Return, see that there are many tweets, but that the application has not scrolled beyond where you were before (this is great!).

- In order to check for anything urgent, click the "show only mentions" button at the top of the window

- After checking mentions, click the "show all items" button

* Note that the list of tweets has lost its original position, and has scrolled past many unread tweets.
